Here are some benchmark “estimates” to help guide you:

Post-Construction services are billed “per man hour” and typically:

• 1 Bedroom/1 Bath spaces require approx. 4 man hours*

• 2 Bedroom/1-2 Bath spaces require approx. 6 man hours*

• 3 Bedroom/2-3 Bath spaces require approx. 8 man hours*

• 4 Bedroom /2-4 Bath spaces require approx. 10 man hours*

A free, on-site consultation and walk-through is required for an accurate quotation to be generated that will be based on the scope of work required to adequately clean your specific post-construction job site.*

From construction dust to move-in must – we ensure every surface is pristine, every corner is perfect, and your new chapter begins in absolute cleanliness. Includes:

• Cobwebs removed

• Ceiling fans dusted and wiped clean (heights accessible via 3-Step ladder only)

• Dust blinds

• Dust light fixtures (chandeliers excluded)

• Dust all accessible furniture

• Clean all glass

• Clean and disinfect light switches

• Wash inside windows

• Clean baseboards

• Clean inside of closets if empty (with your confirmation)

• Wet wipe all shelving

• Remove any trash in cans and replace liners

• Vacuum upholstered furniture

• Vacuum floors

• Mop all hard surface floors

Bedroom

Every bedroom receives the same comprehensive treatment as outlined above, ensuring peaceful, move-in ready spaces for rest and relaxation.

Kitchen

• Appliance exteriors cleaned

• Cabinet exterior cleaned

• Clean backsplash

• Clean inside and outside of microwave

• Clean countertop

• Clean inside of cabinets & drawers if empty (with your confirmation)

• Clean tables

• Polish all stainless steel

• Clean and polish sink

• Interior Oven (optional enhancement/upgrade, add cost of 1 man hour, per oven)

• Interior Refrigerator (optional enhancement/upgrade, add cost of 1 man hour per refrigerator)

Bathroom

Create a spa-like oasis that's move-in ready:

• Clean and disinfect toilet (behind and sides of toilet included)

• Clean and scrub shower head

• Clean and scrub shower and shower head hose

• Clean and scrub soap holder

• Clean and scrub shower walls

• Clean and scrub showers and shower doors

• Clean and disinfect bathtub

• Clean and disinfect sinks

• Clean inside of cabinets if empty (with your confirmation)

• Clean and disinfect light switches
